Come join us for a quiet, faith-filled hour of exercise. Classes are free, for men and women, and for all levels of experience. We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am in the Ministry Building - See bulletin for any Mondays or Wednesdays that are exceptions, particularly around the holidays.
