OUR PROCESS

  Read through our process and policies. Contact us with any questions.
  Submit the Request Form below by August 20, 2026.
  All vendors will be notified by email, by September 15, 2026, informing them whether or not they have been approved.
  Vendor fee is due within 30 days of notification of approval to participate as a vendor.
  We will be in contact as the conference draws near with any additional information not already stated on the website.

  In keeping with the Catholic Mission of this event, all materials and products being promoted, distributed or sold must be in conformity with the teaching and governance of the Catholic Church.
  Vendors are not allowed to sell or distribute written literature. Sale of books or written literature is reserved for speakers only.
  We encourage you to take credit cards, checks and cash. We are not able to process funds or credit cards for vendors.
  2 lunches will be provided per booth, or you are welcome to bring your own lunch.
  Conference entrance is not included but may be purchased separately.

  Conference leadership is not responsible for Wi-Fi equipment, malfunctions, or service outages.
  Due to space and consideration for all vendors, display area is limited to the table top and the immediate area surrounding.
